Orders

You can contact our sales department every working day from 7 am to 4.30 pm. For your standard orders we will immediately prepare a price quotation and send it to you via e-mail or fax. For more complicated orders (a very high number of copies, non-standard type, foreign language order etc.) we will try to make the quotation as soon as we can.

Our sales representatives will help you to answer all your technical questions concerning our production and will help you to make a complete order.

Please notice that due to our technical conditions we cannot accept orders smaller than 5,000 pieces and in case of more complicated colour prints 10,000 pieces. (This would be uneconomical both for our customers and us.)

We also ask you to take into account that in this type and speed of production it is not possible to get an exact number of desired copies. Therefore there is a stated tolerance of produced pieces, which is + -20% for a smaller number of ordered pieces, +-10% for orders of more than 10.000 pieces and +- 5% for orders of more than 100,000 pieces.

It is possible to ask in advance that the desired number is maximal so that we could lead the production to get the final number to be rather lower than the desired number or vice versa.
